We are Utterly
Emily founded Utterly Events when she realised her hobby was turning into a second profession. With a background in corporates and startups, her focus is everything in between as she concentrates on supporting scale-up businesses and founders across Europe and the US. When she’s not busy hosting events, she’s scaling limestone crags in the foothills of the Pyrenees or relaxing with a perfectly-brewed “cuppa”.
Ben’s career in marketing has seen him work for charities, startups and as a freelancer, and this diversity was the perfect route into the varied world of events! During his downtime, you’ll find Ben pounding the streets of Barcelona, hanging out with Perla the dog or enduring his long-suffering relationship with Ipswich Town Football Club.
Operations & Logistics
Following a degree in Spanish and Italian at university, it was a natural next step for Hanna to explore the world and put those freshly-honed linguistic skills to the test. During her travels – from backpacking around India to running hostel events in Peru – Hanna picked up a taste for the exciting world of events, finally landing her at Utterly Events in sunny Barcelona. When she’s not running logistics or sourcing the perfect venue, you can find Hanna dancing away at a music festival, or curled up with a good book.
With a Master’s Degree in International Business, it’s no surprise this self-professed entrepreneur has found himself at the helm of Utterly’s Digital Marketing. Robert’s worked with established businesses and advised startups with their marketing strategy for over 7 years, so ending up in Utterly’s founder-focused world was a no-brainer. After work, Robert dedicates his time to his second passion, music – from making his own sweet melodies, to rocking out at local gigs or hunting down old EPs.
Following an extensive education in economics, Natalija’s interests led her to explore what’s possible in the world of marketing and events. Her logical skillset and natural flair for perfectionism lends itself perfectly to her analytical and detailed-oriented role. When’s she’s not knee-deep trawling the web for the latest blockchain and cryptocurrency news, Natalija spends her free time letting her musical side shine by playing the violin and singing in a local choir. Angelic.
Event Development Support
From a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law, via data analysis and creative writing, to a career in Digital Marketing – it’s fair to say that Marija has many strings to her bow! Away from work, Marija likes nothing more than getting stuck into a good book, hitting the gym or whipping up a culinary delight in the kitchen. Not to mention her three self-confessed obsessions, cats, coffee and… peanut butter!
