Emily founded Utterly Events when she realised her hobby was turning into a second profession. She has a relentless desired to drive the Utterly team forward and support scale-up businesses and founders across Europe and the US. When she’s not busy hosting events, she’s scaling limestone crags in the foothills of the Pyrenees or relaxing with a perfectly-brewed “cuppa”.
Ben Fletcher
CPO & Co-founder
Having built and funded a number of companies in his career, Ben has found a passion for helping entrepreneurs avoid the many mistakes he’s made along the way. Previously, he harnessed his love of vino when setting up and selling a wine business. On the rare occasion that Ben isn’t working you’ll probably find him on the golf course or, if you’re very lucky, breakdancing – just add the magic ingredients of drink and music!

After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Finance, Natalija’s attention to detail and perfectionism are perfectly in line with her analytical role. She is in charge of keeping our CRM database spotless and making sure our delegates get the support they deserve. In her free time, she loves long- distance running and hitting the gym. Music, from playing the violin to techno and rock is her passion, along with healthy food and travel adventures.

Ben’s career in marketing has seen him work for charities, startups and as a freelancer, and this diversity was the perfect route into the varied world of events! During his downtime, you’ll find Ben pounding the streets of Barcelona, hanging out with Perla the dog or enduring his long-suffering relationship with Ipswich Town Football Club.

Leticia was born and raised in Barcelona but her passion for traveling has taken her to live in remote places like Montana and Myanmar! Prior to Utterly, she lived in London for 3 years, where she worked as an Event Manager while doing a master’s degree in International Marketing. Restless, curious and always looking for new challenges, during her free time, you can find Leti looking for new restaurants and exhibitions to go.

Paola has just finished a Master’s degree in Food and Beverage Management, after graduating in Hospitality Management. She is from Mexico, has lived in Italy during her studies and now she’s settling down in Barcelona with Utterly Events, so these foreign experiences combine perfectly with her love for travel. She has experience working in marketing for a major coffee brand, and coffee is her second love after travel. She enjoys winding down with comedy podcasts and amazing food in her free time.

Born and raised in Catalonia, Sara loves nothing more than travelling and learning new languages (sadly, she currently only speaks 5!). Her studies in Tourism & Event Management have meant stints in Brussels & the SW of England, but now she’s back in Barcelona with Utterly. She’s always got a tale to tell thanks to the surreal situations she always finds herself in, and she’ll own the dancefloor on a night out. Perhaps some competition for breakdancing Ben Fletcher on the next Utterly night out…

With a Master’s Degree in International Business, it’s no surprise this self-professed entrepreneur has found himself at the helm of Utterly’s Digital Marketing. Robert’s worked with established businesses and advised startups with their marketing strategy for over 7 years, so ending up in Utterly’s founder-focused world was a no-brainer. After work, Robert dedicates his time to his second passion, music – from making his own sweet melodies, to rocking out at local gigs or hunting down old EPs.
